LEAFWHISPER END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
This agreement covers the Leafwhisper sample library, including its audio
samples, DecentSampler presets, interface images and accompanying files
(the "Library"). The licensor is Georgiy Nasreddin (Templarrr).
By downloading or using the Library, you agree to these terms. If you do
not agree, do not use the Library and delete your copies.

2. FREE, WORLDWIDE USE
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, without
a license fee, to install and use the Library to create music and other
audio or audiovisual productions, for personal or commercial purposes.
You may edit and process its sounds, use it on your own devices, and keep
private backup copies. No attribution or additional payment is required.

3. YOUR PRODUCTIONS
You may publish, perform, distribute, sell and monetize your productions
containing sounds rendered with the Library. This permission also covers
rendered stems delivered to collaborators or clients as part of a specific
production, provided they are not supplied as reusable instrument samples.
You retain your rights in your original contributions. The licensor does
not claim ownership of your music or require approval of your releases.

4. OFFICIAL DOWNLOAD SOURCE
The Library may be downloaded only from https://nasreddin.su/ and download
locations directly provided by that website. To share the instrument,
share its official page: https://nasreddin.su/musicians/talharpa/
This restriction applies to the Library, not to your finished productions.

5. NO REDISTRIBUTION OR RESAMPLING PRODUCTS
You may not share, upload, mirror, host, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise
redistribute the Library or any of its components, whether unchanged,
modified, repackaged, extracted or converted to another format.
You may not distribute its samples or isolated rendered instrument sounds
as sample packs, loops for general reuse, sound libraries, presets,
virtual instruments or other products that substitute for the Library.
Private editing and format conversion for your own use are permitted.
Collaborators who need the Library must obtain their own copy from the
official website. These restrictions apply to free and paid distribution.

6. OWNERSHIP AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The Library is licensed, not sold. Rights not expressly granted remain
with the licensor. DecentSampler and other third-party software are not
licensed under this agreement and remain subject to their own terms.

7. TERMINATION
If you breach these terms, your permission to use the Library terminates.
You must stop using it and delete its files and private backups.
Rights in productions lawfully created before termination remain granted,
provided those productions comply with Section 5.

8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The Library is provided "AS IS", without warranties, to the extent allowed
by applicable law. To that extent, the licensor is not liable for loss or
damage arising from its use. Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory
consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to exclude.

9. GENERAL
Exceptions require written permission from the licensor. If any provision
is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent
permitted by law. This English text is the authoritative version; website
summaries are provided for convenience. New license versions do not
retroactively change the terms applicable to copies already obtained.
